You will serve as the functional subject matter expert, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice PLM solutions that accelerate product development and ensure manufacturing readiness. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Implementation & Delivery • Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion PLM and Product Data Hub solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support • Conduct current-state assessments and business process workshops covering product data management, BOM structures, change management, and new product introduction (NPI) processes • Design and configure Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) to serve as the single source of truth for item master data, item attributes, item categories, and cross-organization item synchronization • Configure and manage Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) structures, including BOM transformations, BOM versioning, component substitutions, and multi-org BOM synchronization • Implement Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes including change request workflows, change order types, affected objects, approval hierarchies, and effectivity management • Design & configure PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) workflows and documentation requirements to support automotive and industrial quality standards during new part and change introductions • Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, data migration templates, and end-user training materials • Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data conversion validation, and cutover planning activities • Manage hypercare and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption and stabilization Client & Stakeholder Engagement • Act as a trusted advisor to client Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT leadership teams • Bridge the gap between Engineering and Manufacturing functions by aligning EBOM-to-MBOM transformation strategies with client product development and production planning processes • Facilitate working sessions and executive workshops to align PLM strategy, data governance, and Oracle solution capabilities • Proactively identify risks, scope changes, and integration dependencies, and communicate them with clear mitigation recommendations • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that support continued growth and engagement Team Leadership & Practice Development • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level consultants on Oracle PLM functional best practices, configuration techniques, and client engagement delivery • Contribute to pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and client presentations • Support practice development efforts through creation of reusable accelerators, configuration templates, and methodology documentation specific to Oracle PLM and PDH • Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly release updates relevant to PLM, PDH, and Product Development Cloud, and assess their impact on active client environments ________________________________________ Required Qualifications Oracle Functional Expertise • Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) — including item master setup, item attributes, item classes, category hierarchies, cross-organization item synchronization, item approval workflows, publish/subscribe models, and PDH integrations with Oracle Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and third-party ERP/PLM systems • Proven expertise in EBOM and MBOM configuration and management — including component structures, BOM versioning, substitute components, phantom assemblies, multi-org BOM synchronization, EBOM-to-MBOM transformation, and date/unit-based effectivity management in the context of engineering changes • Deep expertise in Oracle Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes — including change request and order types, affected object management, approval workflow configuration, change effectivity, mass change processing, and integration of ECOs with Manufacturing and Procurement • Working knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) workflows and documentation requirements (Design Records, PFMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, ISIRs) within Oracle PLM or Quality Management Cloud, and their relationship to NPI gate-based milestones • Strong understanding of Oracle Item Master and Manufacturing Cloud — including item attributes, item organizations, BOMs, Routings, Work Orders, and Work Centers — and how PLM/PDH data flows downstream across SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management Industry Experience • Demonstrated experience implementing Oracle EBS (e.g., Oracle PDH, Engineering, BOM modules) or Oracle Fusion PLM/PDH Cloud solutions for clients in discrete manufacturing industries — such as Industrial Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Aerospace & Defense, High-Tech, or similar complex, engineer-to-order / make-to-order environments • Working knowledge of product lifecycle processes in
