As a Working Student - Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will support our Outbound team in identifying and engaging new customers across the Corporate and Mid-Market segments. From day one, you will take on responsibility, gain valuable hands-on experience, and get direct exposure to professional B2B technology sales.

Your responsibilities
Prospecting & New Customer Acquisition
- Research and identify potential new customers across the Corporate and Mid-Market segments
- Proactively engage companies and relevant decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Prepare initial conversations and identify potential customer challenges and needs
- Actively contribute to building and developing our prospect and opportunity pipeline
Conversations That Create Interest
- Communicate with professionals and senior decision-makers across different levels
- Conduct authentic conversations rather than simply following predefined scripts
- Ask targeted questions to better understand customer needs and potential business opportunities
- Generate interest in key future-focused topics such as AI, cybersecurity, data sovereignty, and modern IT infrastructure
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
- Qualify potential customers based on defined criteria
- Work with the team to assess which contacts offer concrete business potential
- Schedule qualified meetings for our Account Managers and Sales teams
- Ensure a structured handover of contacts, including all relevant information and documentation in our CRM system
Ownership & Collaboration
- Work towards clear goals while keeping track of your activities and results
- Continuously test and develop different outreach and communication approaches
- Maintain leads and sales activities accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, and PreSales
What you bring
- Currently enrolled at a university or other higher education institution
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, and B2B customer acquisition
- Confidence and enthusiasm when proactively approaching people, including over the phone
- Clear, engaging, and confident communication skills
- Motivation to achieve your goals and take ownership of your work
- A healthy level of persistence: hearing “no” does not discourage you, but helps you learn and improve
- A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Confidence using digital tools; experience with CRM systems, Excel, or LinkedIn is an advantage
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer contact, or acquisition is welcome, but not required
A perfect CV is not what matters most to us. Curiosity, communication skills, and a genuine interest in sales are much more important.
