Following a structured, hands-on onboarding program, you will support our long-standing customers in managing and developing their BS2000 infrastructure, coordinate key projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to renowned organizations, even if you have no prior experience with BS2000.

What tasks can you expect?

• Provide end-to-end consulting with a focus on ensuring stable operations and driving the ongoing development of existing and future systems for our BS2000 customers.
• Coordinate and deliver customer projects, from planning and design through installation, upgrades, and operational support of BS2000 environments.
• Offer technical consulting, support, and long-term customer care for products and platform operations.
• Analyze customer issues, reproduce problems, and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with 2nd and 3rd level support teams as well as our internal development organization, directly alongside Fujitsu's BS2000 experts.

What qualifications should you bring?

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an IT-related environment
• Familiarity with infrastructure topics such as servers, storage, networking, and monitoring
• Enthusiasm for solving technical challenges
• A proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach to work
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• A collaborative team spirit
• Interest in innovative technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical experience with scripting languages
• Good IT skills, including Windows and/or Linux, Microsoft Office, and related tools
• Knowledge of operating system-level programming
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or assignments at other Fujitsu locations

BS2000 – What is it?

No worries, prior BS2000 experience is not required.
