Your Mission:
Within our team, you will contribute to the development and evolution of innovative solutions by participating in the full application lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proven experience in Java development, ideally with Java 17/21, Spring Framework 6.x, Spring Boot 3.x and JPA/Hibernate.Strong experience in designing and developing APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP, as well as asynchronous communication using Kafka.
- Being able to debug, troubleshoot and optimize applications, with a strong focus on performance, stability and quality.Solid experience in unit testing, using JUnit/TestNG, Mockito or similar testing and mocking frameworks.
- Good understanding of data management and data flows, with the ability to contribute to technical and product design phases.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps environments and tools, including Maven, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and ideally Azure DevOps / Microsoft Azure.Good knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, particularly OIDC/OAuth, combined with a strong focus on secure development and quality standards.
- Experience in full-stack development would be a strong plus, particularly with JavaScript and React.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, including API development, application integration, and data flow management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain complex technical topics in a clear and pragmatic way.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes and propose efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership of topics while knowing when to involve the wider team.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, comfortable sharing knowledge, challenging technical decisions constructively and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French would be considered a strong asset.
