We are looking for a Financial Controller (Finance Analyst) who combines strong technical skills (Excel (with VBA and Power Query), Access and Business Intelligence) with a deep understanding of finance & accounting processes and user support.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional capable of deriving insights from data, automating reporting, and maintaining high standards of business support.

On your daily basis you will support Finance Team with their daily tasks, reports automation and process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Month-End Closing supporting – posting bookings, data analysis, results review
• Analysis & Reporting: Preparing advanced analyses and reports, uses data to develop solutions and make well‑founded recommendations
• Support basic Finance Operation activities including cooperations with stakeholders from business lines
• Support Finance Business Partner with their daily tasks (data analysis, data preparation)
• Automation: Creating macros and scripts in Visual Basic to streamline recurring tasks and improve efficiency.
• Process & Project Management – coordinate project management or support Project Leader
• Process Improvement: Continuously looks for ways to improve and optimize processes and reports.

Key requirements:

• Finance and accounting knowledge,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, VBA, PowerQuery, Access) and SAP
• Data modelling and data analysis experience – create reports from the scratch or develop existed ones
• Reporting automation experience
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn new systems and knowledge quickly.
