What you will do
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification, automation, and performance improvement.
- Document current processes and help design future processes and operating models.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear business and solution requirements.
- Assess feasibility, dependencies, risks, and expected business value, and recommend suitable delivery approaches.
- Design, build, configure, test, and implement digital and automation solutions using approved technologies.
- Prepare technical and user documentation, and support handover, adoption, and post-implementation stabilisation.
- Create executive summaries, reports, dashboards, and presentations that support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to change-management and user-adoption activities throughout implementation.
What you bring
Required qualifications and experience
- At least two years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, transformation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building, configuring, or implementing digital solutions, rather than only documenting requirements.
- Practical experience building or configuring solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, and Python.
- A strong understanding of process automation concepts and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- The ability to assess both the business and technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Experience analysing datasets, interpreting data visualisations, and deriving actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and modern collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and work in cross-functional and international environments.
Additional experience that would be valuable
- Experience designing, developing, or implementing solutions using AI or generative AI technologies.
- Understanding of RPA, workflow automation, and current digital transformation trends.
- Experience developing interactive dashboards or reporting solutions using Power BI, Qlik Sense, or comparable tools.
- Experience with process-mapping or process-analysis tools such as Visio, Signavio, or Celonis.
- Experience contributing to projects or improvement initiatives, for example as a milestone owner.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A customer-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Business awareness, goal orientation, flexibility, and a practical, solution-focused approach.
