SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Off
Highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Off Consultant with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors EC Time Off solutions across diverse global environments. Specialized in configuring absence management policies, time types, accrual rules, and workflows in alignment with local labor laws and company policies.
Proven ability to gather business requirements, design scalable leave management solutions, and drive successful rollouts. Deep understanding of EC Core data structures and seamless integration with payroll, Time Sheet, and third-party systems.
