Job Description-
- To handle statutory compliances, including but not limited to employer-employee disputes, labour laws, environmental laws, data protection laws, etc.
- To draft notices, replies to notices, affidavits, show cause notices, warning letters, etc., as and when required.
- To make decisions and support stakeholders on legal advice and services.
- To support all government-facing activities and visit local, state, and central Authorities from time to time.
- To manage a team and represent the team before various committees, management, and leadership forums.
- The candidate must be open to travel at PAN India locations, must be able to manage a team and take quick decisions in sensitive cases.
- A candidate should have experience in handling litigations.
- The candidate should be good at local and business language communication.
