Lead Systems Architect (Data Center & Network Solutions)

What’s the role about?

We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Architect. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, leading the design and delivery of complex enterprise networking and data center solutions for our global customer.

You will work closely with customer, project teams, engineers, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions while driving successful project outcomes from concept through implementation.

Who are we looking for?

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, integrated enterprise network and data center environments.
• Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain architecture and design documentation, including:
• High-Level Designs (HLD)
• Low-Level Designs (LLD)
• Solution Designs (SD)
• Statements of Work (SoW)
• Proof of Concepts (PoC)
• Network Implementation Plans (NIP)
• Bills of Materials (BoM)
• Perform network modeling, analysis, capacity planning, and implementation oversight.
• Design and promote network automation and infrastructure programmability initiatives.
• Architect and implement secure Site-to-Site VPN solutions.
• Support Project Managers in resolving technical project challenges and risks.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Conduct technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and customer presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive successful project closure and identify opportunities for further improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in networking, systems architecture
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale Data Center networking solutions.
• Knowledge of the TOGAF framework and enterprise architecture principles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience in defining and designing security zones, network segmentation, and micro-segmentation strategies.
• Experience in developing security policies and controls for hybrid environments, including on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, and remote workforce access.
• Strong understanding of Defense-in-Depth, Least Privilege, and other core cybersecurity design principles.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and selecting security controls proportionate to identified risks.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and business initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, including technical communication.
• Experience working in international, multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS requirements and compliance frameworks would be considered a strong advantage.

• Meraki SD-WAN
• Cisco DNA Center
• Fortinet (FortiGate)
• Palo Alto Networks
• Citrix NetScaler
• F5 Networks
• Cisco SASE including Secure Connect
• Site-to-Site VPN technologies
• Data Center Automation and Network Programmability
• Container Networking
• Azure Firewall

• Brocade VDX knowledge is an asset

Certifications:

• CCNP Data Center (required)
• Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center Design
• Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center ACI Implementation
• CCIE Data Center (good to have)
