Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with equipment qualification and validation processes.
• Strong technical expertise of enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Commvault, Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup).
• Proficiency in Fujitsu PRIMERGY servers, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Experience in infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and support activities.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Relevant vendor certifications are considered an advantage.
• Creation and maintenance of the Demo Center environment in Munich/Augsburg (also on-site).

You will be primarily responsible for the Equipment Qualification process, ensuring that the solutions meet technical, quality, and customer requirements. You will coordinate qualification activities from initiation to completion, acting as the key technical point of contact between internal teams and external technology partners.

The role requires strong expertise in enterprise backup solutions and Fujitsu PRIMERGY servers, as well as the ability to evaluate technical specifications, validate configurations, and resolve qualification-related issues. You will collaborate with vendors, customers, and other organizations, requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled professional who can effectively drive qualification activities, build relationships across organizations, and ensure the successful delivery of qualified infrastructure solutions.
