What’s the role about?
By joining our team, you will become part of the Infrastructure Team supporting international customers, with a primary focus on Zabbix-based monitoring services.In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the monitoring environment. You will work with Zabbix as the primary monitoring platform, while also supporting existing OP5 environments and integrations.
Your responsibilities will include:· Handling and resolving incidents, problems, service requests and changes related to the monitoring platform
· Maintaining Zabbix configurations, monitoring objects, templates, discovery rules, triggers and dashboards
· Troubleshooting monitoring alerts, configuration issues and integrations
· Performing alert tuning, threshold adjustments and notification maintenanceOnboarding new infrastructure, services, applications and environments into monitoringSupporting platform upgrades, migrations and deployment of new monitoring components
· Maintaining monitoring integrations and automation
· Creating and maintaining operational dashboards, reports and documentation
· Supporting user, role and permission management within the monitoring platforms
· Working closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, database and network teams
· Contributing to continuous service improvement and further development of the monitoring environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Monitoring Engineer who would like to join our Infrastructure Team and support international customers in their daily operations.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Zabbix and a good understanding of infrastructure monitoring in enterprise environments. You should be comfortable with troubleshooting monitoring-related issues, handling incidents and service requests, maintaining monitoring configurations, and supporting the continuous improvement of monitoring services.We are looking for someone who can work independently, takes ownership of assigned tasks, and at the same time enjoys cooperating with other technical teams, including infrastructure, application, cloud, database and network teams.

Nice to have – while not mandatory, these additional skills will make you stand out:
· Experience with OP5 Monitor or other enterprise monitoring platforms
· Knowledge of Zabbix integration with ServiceNow
· Experience with monitoring integrations and automation
· Experience with creating and maintaining Zabbix templates, discovery rules, items, triggers and dashboards
· Knowledge of scripting and automation, especially PowerShell
· Experience with monitoring platform upgrades, migrations or onboarding new environments and services
· Understanding of ITIL-based processes, especially Incident, Problem and Change Management
· Experience working in an international, customer-facing IT environment
