Japanese Bilingual Communications Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
- Translation & Localization:
- Under guidance, translate a wide range materials and documents from English to Japanese, including but not limited to:
- Service capability documents
- Marketing collateral and presentations
- Translate internal and external broadcasted communications, such as company-wide announcements and messages, as needed.
- Ensure all translated content is accurate, grammatically correct, stylistically appropriate, and culturally sensitive.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with various groups to understand the context and purpose of materials.
- Provide insights to ensure messaging resonates appropriately with Japanese audiences.
- Manage translation workflows and deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet organizational needs.
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
- Perform meticulous proofreading and quality checks of translated documents to ensure accuracy and readiness for publication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of translation processes and tools.
- Event Support:
- Provide bilingual support for key visits involving Japanese partners and stakeholders. These includes preparing briefing documents and other required materials.
