Are you interested in applying AI and automation to real business operations—not research experiments or abstract models? 1Finity America Inc. is seeking an AI Workflow Automation Intern to support Sales Operations initiatives focused on improving efficiency, consistency, and insight across recurring sales processes.

In this role, you will help build, test, and document AI enabled workflow automations that transform unstructured business inputs into clear, usable outputs for sales leadership. The work is production-oriented, governed, and impact-driven, emphasizing reliability, clarity, and repeatability over heavy software engineering or algorithm development.‑enabled workflow automations‑oriented, governed, and impact‑driven, emphasizing reliability, clarity, and repeatability over heavy software engineering or algorithm development.

This internship is best suited for students who enjoy process design, applied analytics, and operational rigor, and who are motivated by solving real organizational problems.

Internship Responsibilities

  • Implementing workflow automations based on approved Sales Operations requirements.
  • Configuring AIassisted summarization and data processing steps to improve clarity and consistency of business inputs.
  • Building reminder and followup logic that focuses on exceptions rather than volume.
  • Producing concise status outputs designed to support leadership visibility and decisionmaking.
  • Validating workflows across edge cases to ensure accuracy, reliability, and repeatability.
  • Documenting automation logic and usage so solutions can be reused and maintained over time.
  • Operating within defined governance, security, and datahandling guidelines.

Preferred Majors and Backgrounds

This role is intentionally not software‑engineering heavy. The strongest candidates typically come from applied, operations‑oriented disciplines such as:

  • Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering
  • Information Systems (MIS / CIS)
  • Business Analytics or Data Analytics
  • Operations Research or related applied quantitative fields
  • Business + Technology hybrid programs (e.g., Digital Transformation, Technology Management)

Skills and Experience

  • Interest in AI‑enabled workflows, automation, and operational analytics.
  • Comfort working with structured and unstructured data inputs.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation concepts, low‑code tools, or process orchestration (tool‑specific experience is not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working from defined specifications.
  • Clear written communication skills, especially for documentation and handoff materials.
  • Ability to think in terms of exceptions, edge cases, and reliability rather than one‑off solutions.
  • Willingness to learn within a governed, production environment.

Why Intern with Us?

At 1Finity America Inc., this internship offers:

  • Hands‑on experience building real, production‑used automations, not demos.
  • Direct exposure to how AI is applied responsibly within enterprise operations.
  • Insight into governance, scalability, and accountability in applied AI systems.
  • The opportunity to contribute to workflows used by sales leadership to improve execution and engagement.
  • Experience that translates directly into careers in Sales Ops, RevOps, Analytics, or Digital Transformation roles.
