Responsibilites:

• Lead and support the transformation of Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments, with a focus on improving user experience through automation and streamlined management processes.
• Assess and migrate user and device management from legacy ADUC systems to Microsoft Intune MDM.
• Implement Intune policies, configurations, and compliance settings to support modern device management.
• Automate user onboarding/offboarding processes and device lifecycle tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless user experience during the transformation by minimizing disruption and providing clear support documentation.
• Monitor and optimize MDM configurations and automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or relevant 
• CompTIA A+ Knowledge (Certificate not required)
• Basic Automation Knowledge
