- Candidate should strong knowledge on Sap Basis and Hana Admin,Sybase admin and PI/PO and SCM exp .
- He should having strong client facing exp and team handling skills.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP infrastructure domain (BASIS/Infra)
- Communication and escalation skills required for internal and external cooperation
- Skills to identify the causes of system failures and consider recovery plans
- Advanced practical skills of BASIS operation centering on S/4HANA
- Team management skills for SLA compliance (quality management, cost management, delivery management, communication management)
- Skills for root cause analysis and improvement measures when problems occurs.
- Candidate should work in 24/7 shift model , HEC support exp is added advantage
