Candidate should strong knowledge on Sap Basis and Hana Admin,Sybase admin and PI/PO and SCM exp . He should having strong client facing exp and team handling skills. 1.Extensive knowledge of SAP infrastructure domain (BASIS/Infra) 2.Communication and escalation skills required for internal and external cooperation 3.Skills to identify the causes of system failures and consider recovery plans 4.Advanced practical skills of BASIS operation centering on S/4HANA 5.Team management skills for SLA compliance (quality management, cost management, delivery management, communication management) 6.Skills for root cause analysis and improvement measures when problems occurs. 7.Candidate should work in 24/7 shift model , HEC support exp is added advantage |
