Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (STP) Lead to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification processes as part of a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation program.
The STP Lead will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization while ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, integration teams, finance, manufacturing, warehousing, and IT leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Best Practices.
- Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay solution design and configuration.
- Design and implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification processes.
- Lead business process harmonization and global template development.
- Manage cross-functional integration with RTR, OTC, Manufacturing & QM, EWM, and external systems.
- Define and review functional requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations.
- Lead procurement approval processes utilizing SAP Flexible Workflow.
- Support Fiori-enabled business processes and user experience requirements.
- Manage STP data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals, and production smoke testing.
- Prepare solution design documents, functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Support deployment, hypercare, issue resolution, and transition to support organizations.
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery teams.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of SAP Procurement/Materials Management experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- At least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one S/4HANA implementation.
- Proven experience leading an STP workstream through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
