IT Operator

Role title

IT operator 

 

Job Purpose

The IT Operator is responsible for long term plans for network infrastructure management as well as support in the day to day activities, which include but are not limited to monitoring, landing and support on current and new customers requirements.

Education

  • Technical Diploma on  Computer Science or 1-2 years of experience in IT roles.

Training

  • English Proficiency (oral and written skills, CEFR B2 above)
  • Cisco™ Certified Networking Associate (CCNA®) preferred
  • Training Implementation in ISO 27K
  • Ilearn Training in: CompTIA® A+, CompTIA® Security + (as required training for Information Security)
  • Ilearn  Mandatory Information Security Compliance

 

Experience

  • Between 1-2 years of experience, preferably gained by working in an IT role in a best practice outsourcing.
  • Maintenance and support of network Routers/Switches (Cisco™) ,Active Directory & DNS management, network maintenance and troubleshooting, Maintenance and monitoring, Backup Software, Knowledge of VOIP.
