Job Purpose

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsible for guiding the Agile team’s day‑to‑day execution by facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling effective collaboration within and across teams. Ensures the team operates with high efficiency and quality by promoting self‑organization, supporting Agile adoption, influencing stakeholders, and applying problem‑solving techniques that drive progress toward the product roadmap and business goals.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related technical degree
  • 4 - 7 years of experience working with Agile teams and understanding Agile values, principles, and practices or other similar experience or First level Scrum Master certification (SSM, PSM, CSM) Office 365 Platform and Core Service Management Experience

  • Experience with successful Agile techniques
  • Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and mentoring skills

  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
  • Ability to utilize team-level metrics for the purpose of leading meaningful retrospection and facilitating team improvement
