SCRUM MASTER

Job Purpose

Responsible for guiding the Agile team’s day‑to‑day execution by facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling effective collaboration within and across teams. Ensures the team operates with high efficiency and quality by promoting self‑organization, supporting Agile adoption, influencing stakeholders, and applying problem‑solving techniques that drive progress toward the product roadmap and business goals.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related technical degree
• 4 - 7 years of experience working with Agile teams and understanding Agile values, principles, and practices or other similar experience or First level Scrum Master certification (SSM, PSM, CSM) Office 365 Platform and Core Service Management Experience

• Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization for the purpose of increasing effectiveness, quality, and Customer delight

• Proactively identifies impediments, looks for pragmatic and constructive solutions and escalates when necessary
• Uses creative techniques for leading the team to solve problems
• Effectively shares knowledge of Agile ways of working
• Build relationships considering stakeholder needs and business goals
• Communicates in a manner that is understandable to recipients both inside and outside of the team
• Can successfully influence the behavior of others without having a formal supervision
• Champions quality practices and DevOps
• Coordinates with other teams and enables cross-team collaboration
• Lead/Manage one Agile team

Key Accountabilities

•  Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and manufacturing technological processes
• Ability to search for new solutions to meet challenges together with the team
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Demonstrated experience in servant leadership
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
• Ability to utilize team-level metrics for the purpose of leading meaningful retrospection and facilitating team improvement
• Knowledge of Agile work management tools
