The Head of Workplace Portfolio is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling Fujitsu’s Digital Workplace managed services portfolio across Europe. The role sets the strategic direction for what Fujitsu takes to market in Workplace services, ensuring offerings are clear, differentiated, repeatable, and designed to enable country teams to generate pipeline and win revenue with confidence.
Operating at the intersection of market demand, portfolio strategy, and delivery reality, this role ensures Workplace propositions are commercially sound, operationally viable, and ready to scale across multiple European countries. Experience shaping or leading service, product, or portfolio strategies within complex organizations
-
Strong commercial and market awareness, with the ability to translate customer demand into clear propositions

-
Experience working across multi-country or matrix environments with diverse stakeholder groups
-
Strong judgement and decision-making skills, including making and communicating clear trade-offs
-
Collaborative leadership style focused on enabling teams and building shared ownership
-
English language is a must and a second European language is desired
Please note: It’s still worth applying even if you do not meet all the requirements above.
