Working Student – HR Reward & Benefits (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
You will gain valuable insights into Reward & Benefits topics and support the team in areas such as:
- Maintaining, analyzing, and preparing compensation and benefits data
- Supporting the administration of employee benefits and reward programs
- Creating reports, presentations, and analyses
- Assisting with salary and benefits benchmarking as well as market analyses
- Contributing to HR projects in the areas of compensation, fleet management, benefits, and employee experience
- Maintaining and updating internal information pages and documentation
- Supporting communication initiatives related to benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders from HR, Finance, and other business functions
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study
- Interest in HR topics, particularly Compensation, Reward & Benefits
- Analytical mindset and affinity for working with numbers
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
