HR-Specialist – Reward & Compensation Management (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
As an HR Specialist in Reward & Compensation Management, you will serve as a key contact for compensation and benefits-related topics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and reward processes
- Assisting with salary and bonus review cycles, including data preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities
- Conducting market and compensation analyses as well as benchmarking exercises
- Supporting and advising managers and HR colleagues on compensation topics, job evaluations, and salary bands
- Contributing to the further development of occupational pension and retirement programs
- Analyzing and preparing compensation data and supporting the development of recommendations for action
- Assisting in the administration and enhancement of employee benefits programs
- Participating in international reward and compensation projects and supporting their practical implementation
- Preparing reports, KPIs, and presentations for various stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and governance requirements in the area of Compensation & Benefits
- Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Finance, and other business functions
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a comparable field
- Initial to several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward Management, HR Controlling, or a similar HR function
- Solid understanding of compensation structures, salary models, and benefits programs
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with numbers
- Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with HR systems
- Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style, with a willingness to take a hands-on approach to operational and administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
