As part of our ESG & ISO Compliance Team, you will play a key role in the further development of management systems, governance structures, and compliance processes across the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region.

 

This position combines quality management, process management, governance, and assurance within an international environment and offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the evolution of our corporate governance framework.

 

Quality Management (ISO 9001)

  • Act as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) for the CEE region.
  • Further develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and conduct management reviews.
  • Monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
  • Advise business functions and management on quality and governance-related topics.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Process Governance & Business Process Management

  • Further develop and maintain the regional process landscape.
  • Ensure consistent standards for process documentation and process governance.
  • Support Process Owners in designing, optimizing, and standardizing business processes.
  • Conduct process analyses and governance reviews.
  • Identify and implement efficiency and improvement opportunities.
  • Support organizational transformation and change initiatives.

 

Assurance, Audit & Compliance

  • Support and further develop governance, assurance, and compliance processes.
  • Contribute to internal controls and risk management activities.
  • Track audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement programs.
  • Prepare reports, management dashboards, and status overviews.
  • Support governance committees and cross-functional compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors as well as relevant stakeholders.

 

Management Systems & Corporate Governance

  • Support the further development of additional management systems and corporate governance topics.
  • Contribute to regional and international governance initiatives.
  • Support regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in projects related to sustainability, environmental management, energy management, or ESG compliance.
  • Take on additional governance and management system responsibilities in line with organizational needs.

 

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, process management, governance, compliance, audit, or assurance.
  • Certification or formal qualification as a Quality Management Representative (QMR) or equivalent.
  • Experience in establishing, developing, and governing management systems and business processes.
  • Knowledge of additional management standards (e.g., ISO 14001 or ISO 50001) is an advantage.
  • Qualification as an Internal Auditor according to ISO 19011 or a comparable auditor certification.
  • Analytical, structured, and self-driven way of working.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
