We’re looking for an Application Consultant within Supply Chain Management (SCM) who is ready to develop further in Dynamics 365 and contribute to our customer projects and Dynamics 365 offering.
About the role:
As an SCM Application Consultant, you will take part in Dynamics 365 implementation projects for our customers. You’ll work with requirements analysis, solution design and configuration, while collaborating closely with customers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Configure D365 SCM and support customers in finding suitable solutions.
- Participate in workshops and requirements discussions with customers.
- Identify and propose solutions that improve customers’ business processes.
- Work closely with other consultants and project team members throughout implementations.
- Build your expertise across D365 SCM and share knowledge within the team.
- Have the opportunity to contribute to pre-sales activities and the continued development of our Dynamics 365 business.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3-4 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of one or more areas, such as warehousing, logistics, procurement or production.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and discussing their needs and possible solutions.
- Experience or exposure to project delivery and system implementations.
- A structured and business-minded approach, with the ability to communicate clearly with both colleagues and customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
