Job Description:

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping Execution.
The ideal candidate will lead solution design, requirement analysis, enhancements, configurations, and support activities for Oracle EBS R12 Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules.
This role requires hands-on functional expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

Domain: Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing (QP), Shipping (WSH)
Lead functional design, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution recommendations for Oracle EBS R12 OM, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping modules.
• 8-10 years Oracle EBS R12 Order Management Consultant (OM + Advanced Pricing + Shipping)
• Configure Oracle Order Management, Pricing, and Shipping solutions to support business processes, including order capture, fulfillment, delivery management, and pricing rules.
• Work closely with business teams to understand O2C processes and propose best practice Oracle solutions.
• Perform setups, configurations, and testing activities for the OM, Pricing, and Shipping modules.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT sessions and coordinate with the technical team for customizations, interfaces, and integrations.
• Support rollout activities, data migration validation, and cutover processes.
• Prepare and maintain functional documents such as MD050 (functional design), BR100 (setup), test scripts, and user training materials.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational, audit, and SOX requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Logistics, and SCM teams to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Collaborate with technical developers, integration teams, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping Execution.
• Strong understanding of O2C processes including order entry, scheduling, ATP, reservations, shipping, invoicing, and pricing rules.
• Hands-on expertise with: OM setups (transaction types, workflows, holds, picking rules, scheduling) o Advanced Pricing (modifiers, qualifiers, formulae, price lists) o Shipping (delivery creation, pick release, ship confirm, WMS integration)
• Strong experience with R12 workflows, interfaces, and related tables.
• Experience with integrations between OM and: o Inventory o Purchasing o WMS/3PL o AR (invoicing)
• Ability to lead workshops, conduct CRPs, manage testing, and provide training. • Strong SQL skills for data validation (preferred). • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users and IT stakeholders. Nice to Have
• Experience in multi-org, multi-currency, or global O2C environments.
• Knowledge of EDI order processing.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Order Management is a plus.
• Understanding of shipping carrier integrations and logistics execution tools
