Responsibilities:
- Raise billing documents using SAP system
- Timesheet administration
- Build and maintain projects including plan data
- Monitor internal controls around the billing process and report non-compliance to Project Shared Services (PSS) Manager
- Monitor the correct functioning of the procedures documented by PSS
- Maintain working relationships with those responsible for project monitoring within the Business Units and Finance department
- Recommend changes to systems or processes affecting PSS as necessary to the PSS Manager
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant course
- With at least 1 year of work experience in Billing Administration, AP, AR or General Accounting, preferably gained from BPO or Shared Services environment
- Has basic understanding of project principles, accounting principles and Financial Reporting Software
- Preferably with knowledge in SAP Accounting system
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Can communicate to all levels i.e., local team, clients, onshore suppliers and project managers
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment like Fujitsu GDC
- Has strong time management skills
- Has strict attention to detail
- A team player
- Okay with morning shift
- Okay to work on extended hours and work during holidays
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
