Role Purpose
Field Resource Coordinator is to provide a high quality, single point of contact, is responsible for managing and overseeing the repair and maintenance of hardware across Oceania for multiple clients. This includes:
- Coordinating Engineering Resources and Operations:
- We work closely with engineering teams, warehouse operations, and customer scheduling to ensure timely resolution and completion of incidents within agreed SLAs.
- End-to-End Incident Management:
- From initial logging to final resolution and closure, we handle the entire incident lifecycle. This approach guarantees consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, adherence to target resolution times, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Parts Management Across Australia:manages the movement of parts nationwide, sending and returning components to and from our repair center to support seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year relevant experience (Service Desk, Tech Support)
- College Graduate
- Above Average English Communication skills
- Must be of legal age
