We are seeking functional consultants across levels who can translate business and operational requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations). Our immediate priority is focused on senior levels (Manager to Associate Partner); however, all levels are welcome to apply, with timing of offers and start dates potentially staggered according to business needs.
About the role:
Depending on your level, your scope may range from delivering defined workstreams with guidance through to leading complex workstreams or owning end-to-end solution direction. You may work with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, data specialists and project teams across the implementation lifecycle.
Furthermore you will:
- Translate business and operational requirements into functional solution designs for Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Contribute across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Prepare clear requirements, functional designs, process maps, configuration records, test scripts and user guidance.
- Work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate with both business and technical audiences.
- At more senior levels, lead complex workstreams and help shape end-to-end solution direction.
About you
Must-have experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes and controls in at least one major functional domain.
- Experience across an implementation lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Ability to produce clear functional documentation, process maps, configuration records, test scripts and user guidance.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively with business and technical audiences.
Preferred experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications. Equivalent practical implementation experience may also be considered.
- Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, localisation, tax or regulatory implementations.
- Experience working in one or more of the following industries: retail, logistics, manufacturing, public sector, financial services or resources.
- Experience working within a Big Four firm, major consulting organisation or equivalent professional services environment.
