At Fujitsu, our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end solution architecture of the Now Platform for our customers. You will act as a trusted and knowledgeable partner to customers and delivery teams, helping them make decisions that are scalable, maintainable and future-proof. You will encourage the adoption of out-of-the-box functionality and help rationalise customisations to ensure solutions remain scalable and easy to maintain.

This role offers the opportunity to take a leading position within the Dutch ServiceNow practice, with a focus on delivery quality, consistent architectural decision-making and the continued professionalisation of our approach.

Fujitsu invests in learning and certification through ServiceNow University, including through our Enterprise Training Agreement (ETA)*.

  • Define and embed development and quality standards, guardrails and reusable patterns for delivery teams.

  • Collaborate closely with onshore and nearshore delivery teams to ensure quality, consistency and reusability.

  • Support presales activities by providing solution input, challenging scope and risks where required, and substantiating high-level effort estimates.

  • Provide architectural direction and governance for integrations and more complex platform challenges, including support with root cause analysis where architectural expertise is required.

  • Maintain a healthy balance between business value, technical feasibility and long-term maintainability.

Required experience and skills

  • At least seven years of ServiceNow experience, including demonstrable experience in lead or architect roles within complex environments.
