Position Overview: Wayfinders Executive Assistant
Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and enjoy partnering with senior leadership to keep operations running smoothly? Fujitsu Wayfinders is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support Senior Partners, Partners and senior consulting leaders.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You’ll be a trusted thought partner to leadership – managing complex calendars and travel, anticipating needs, and bringing structure to demanding, often shifting priorities. You’ll work across time zones, engage with senior internal and client stakeholders, and help enable the day-to-day effectiveness of the firm’s leadership team.
We’re looking for someone who has operated in a high-performance, professional services environment, is comfortable working with C-suite stakeholders, and can handle competing priorities with sound judgment and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Provide day-to-day support to senior leaders and consulting executives
- Interface professionally with C-suite clients, board-level stakeholders, and senior internal partners
- Anticipate needs and proactively support leaders and their teams
- Calendar Management
- Manage complex, fast-changing executive calendars
- Balance competing priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts across time zones
- Anticipate scheduling needs and thoughtfully protect executive time
- Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, often on short timelines
- Manage end-to-end itineraries, including contingency planning and real-time adjustments
- Operations & Administration
- Manage expenses, reporting, and administrative workflows
- Maintain clear, organized systems for documents and communications
- Support high-level communications and help triage incoming inquiries
- Trusted Partnership
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Serve as a liaison across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in a consulting or fast-paced professional services environment
- Experience supporting C-level leaders and engaging with client-facing stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and global travel
- Capabilities
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
- Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools
- Flexibility
- Willingness to work across time zones as needed to support senior leaders
Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $80,000 to $100,000 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
