ServiceNow Technical Architect :
Following the rapid expansion of new clients into the Fujitsu SaaS ServiceNow practice, we are seeking a Senior Technical Architect – ServiceNow with extensive experience in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps and enterprise integrations. This role requires a proven track record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow solutions and the ability to lead engagements end-to-end, ensuring strategic alignment, technical excellence, and customer success.

Role and Accountabilities:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise across ServiceNow's IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Security Operations modules, alongside robust integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of comprehensive, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and adhere to ServiceNow best practices. This role demands a strong understanding of ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping. Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end,
In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: • Lead the architectural design and development of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, translating complex business requirements into technical designs for ITOM, ITSM, SPM, and VR. • Develop architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and target states for ServiceNow implementations that encompass all relevant modules and integrations. • Specialize in implementing, optimizing, and ensuring regular updates for ITSM, ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping configurations to maintain accurate and current Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data and service relationships. • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), and ITAM (HAM & SAM). • Define and implement scalable integrations with enterprise systems such as Tanium, SCCM, JAMF, Micro Focus, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Conduct discovery and requirements workshops, guiding clients on industry best practices and translating business needs into robust technical solutions. • Provide thought leadership and governance for technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of ServiceNow implementations. • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and business analysts to align technical solutions with business outcomes. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and platform best practices. • Conduct technical assessments, design reviews, and optimization of existing ServiceNow implementations. • Stay current with ServiceNow roadmap, releases, and emerging technologies, advising clients and teams on adoption strategies. • Co-create and co-develop IP solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, Master's degree preferred. • Familiarity with AI solutions in ServiceNow • Deep, hands-on architectural experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management). • Experience delivering at least 2–3 full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of Architect / Lead Consultant. • Proven expertise in architecting and implementing ITSM, SPM, APM, and VR modules. • Thorough understanding of ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and limitations. • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex integrations (using OOTB connectors, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for the ServiceNow platform.
Skills and Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Preferred: CTA or CMA • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - IT Service Management (ITSM) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility (Discovery & Service Mapping): • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills. • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.

As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Fujitsu aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $135,040.00 to $189,056.00. Additionally, this role will be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and indvidual performance.
