The 1Finity Ultra Optical System (UOS) Product Line Manager (PLM) will assist in the lifecycle management of key 1Finity UOS products, such as T700 and the L1000/L2000 series.These products are flagship products for 1Finity and the PSBU, and are critical to our future success. Because they are relatively new products, the PLM's lifecycle management activities in the near future will focus on beginning and middle-of-life functions, e.g.,
•Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) and its associated functions
•Tracking product releases via Aha, Goldmine
•Working with Development (East and West) on issues and schedule alignment
1Finity salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $148,677 to $212,395 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.

•Coordination of source documentation for Knowledge Creation (KC) and customer user guides
•Management of customer field issues and coordination with Sales on their customer communication
•Working with TDU on root cause analyses and messaging to customer on investigation findings•Supporting customer lab trials.The PLM will work closely with many organizations, including Product Planning (East and West), Development (East and West), Sales, Operations, and NSIBU.
The PLM should have a technical background; the ability to make sound, informed decisions; strong interpersonal and communications skills; a can-do attitude; the ability to motivate others; and a desire to work in a cross-cultural environment.Travel may be required occasionally, but is expected to be light (e.g., less than 10%).
