The Corporate Quality team in our Richardson,Texas office is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team. As Quality Analyst, you will provide quality assurance support for all company products and processes to ensure the highest standards for quality are maintained. Monitor audit results, develop improvements and applicable tools to share our results and plans. You will work autonomously as part of our Corporate Quality team and support various business groups. You will help our organization prepare and execute internal and external audit plans in accordance with TL9000 and ISO 27001. You will be challenged to promote innovation and foster the effective utilization of analytical tools and processes to support analysis and facilitate continuous improvement.

You will:

  • Work independently and with minimal supervision/guidance.
  • Perform internal audits within departments/business units to ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications.Manage and prioritize numerous ongoing activities, including assisting and execution of internal audit planning in accordance with the 1Finity Quality Manual and in alignment with applicable ISO 27001/TL9000 standards.
  • Execute assigned internal audits per schedule and assist lead auditor(s) with other internal audit activities as required.
  •  Compile and deliver audit analysis results, while formulating action plans that support ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure best practices related to corrective and continuous improvement activities.
  • Coach business groups for external audits through preparation and direct support.
  • Participate in the development of processes and procedures for ensuring compliance.
  • Drive corrective action process in order to eliminate internal and external customer issues.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers (internal and external).
  • Attend/lead required departmental and project meetings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • TL9000 / ISO 27001 Auditor experience (Certified Auditor preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Proven ability to work independently and contribute in a collaborative environment
  • Use of analytics for issue resolution and to help drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1Finity salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. ​ It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $86,884 to $124,120 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
