The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Partner / Partner to lead market expansion across Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), with a primary focus on three high-value domains:

Corporate & Investment Banking

Capital Markets
•
Wealth & Asset Management
This role is designed for market builders, not traditional consulting operators. The successful candidate will help shape industry conversations, create transformation demand, and originate large enterprise programs that combine strategy, business transformation, and AI-enabled technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Market Leadership
•
Build and expand Wayfinders’ presence across Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management
•
Shape industry narratives around AI-native financial institutions and next-generation operating models
•
Establish and deepen trusted C-suite relationships across global financial institutions
Client Advisory
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client leaders, including:

CEO / COO

Heads of Wealth & Asset Management

Chief Digital Officer, Chief Data Officer, Chief AI Officer
Lead strategic conversations spanning:

Enterprise operating model transformation

AI-driven capability development and deployment
•
Digital platform modernization and cloud migration
•
Data, analytics, and intelligent automation transformation
Origination & Revenue Growth
•
Originate and lead large enterprise transformation engagements ($M–$$$M+ in scale)
•
Shape and structure multi-year transformation programs spanning business and technology
•
Build, expand, and deepen strategic client accounts over time
Transformation Delivery Leadership
Lead and oversee transformation initiatives across:
•
Corporate & Investment Banking platforms, operations, and workflows
•
Capital markets infrastructure, analytics, and trading systems modernization
•
Wealth management digital platforms and client experience
•
AI-enabled decision-making, risk models, and operational automation
Bridge the full lifecycle from strategy through transformation to advanced technology delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
•
18+ years of experience in management consulting, banking, or financial services transformation
•
Deep domain expertise in at least one of: Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Wealth & Asset Management
•
Demonstrated track record of originating and leading large-scale transformation programs
•
Established executive relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions
•
Strong fluency in AI, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends
Leadership Attributes

Comfortable operating as a trusted advisor to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
