Seeking an Engineering Lab III for our, Texas Telecom lab facilities.

1. Work with 1Finity Management team on support related activities to allow SW and HW team to complete development testing activities. 

2. Provide assistance to other Lab Technicians, Engineering teams for on network topologies setup and debugging.

3. Coordination of any moves, installations, de-installations of 1Finity optical products in a development lab. Heavy lifting is a requirement (install chassis).

4.  Perform established communication testing for 1Finity optical product (LCN Comms, optical test set setup, Remote Power Controller, etc).

5.  Provide test equipment support from receipt, inventory control, asset tagging, calibration processes (TL- 9000), repairs, and returns.

6.  Routine inventory of 1Finity equipment and laboratory test equipment using database support tools (wireless scanners). These routine inventories should take place weekly for test equipment and bi-weekly for 1Finity equipment.

7.  Help 1Finity Management team track down customer borrow NE equipment. Also, perform yearly capital audit on equipment for the lab.

8.  Lab Staff are required rotating shifts 1wk per month to help support global access to our development lab (Mid-shift, and Days).

9.  Support planned Lab equipment move from Waterview (Dallas TX) to Galatyn Commons (Richardson TX).

10. Assist other lab team members on incoming and outgoing shipment from the site.

 1Finity salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. ​ It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $84,210 to $134,736 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
