Requirements Summary – Cost Accounting Intern

• Student or graduate of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, administration, or internship roles.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a finance environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Openness to process improvements, automation, and digital solutions, which are key focus areas within the Cost Accounting team

Nice to have:

• Experience in SSC/BPO/GBS environment.
• Basic SAP knowledge.
• Interest in financial reporting, cost analysis, data analytics, and automation initiatives
