About the role:

As Corporate Tax, M&A and Restructuring Expert you will provide advice on complex tax matters including permanent establishment, withholding tax, and global mobility, while assessing tax implications of cross-border assignments and corporate transactions. You will collaborate closely with tax compliance to support planning, reporting (including DAC6), M&A activities, restructuring projects, and tax calculations.


Key Activities:

  • Advice on tax related topics such as:
    - Permanent establishment
    - WHT
    - Global mobility related tax topics
  • Review of tax implications on cross border assignments (mainly PE issues);
  • Close cooperation with Tax Compliance Expert on corporate tax topics e.g. Pillar2;
  • Support with current tax and deferred tax calculations;
  • Supporting M&A Team on potential acquisitions from tax perspective (tax main lead);
  • Coordinating tax support and advice on tax implications with respect to restructuring projects, disposals and liquidation;
  • Close cooperation with Tax Compliance Expert on tax planning;
  • Handling DAC6 reporting;
  • Acting as backup for Tax Compliance Expert.

 

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Practical professional experience and in-depth understanding of international tax, ideally within a multinational environment;
  • Interest in current tax developments e.g. Pillar2;
  • Capability to handle end-to-end responsibilities;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Revealing independency and proactive behaviors;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent command of business English (B2/C1 level);
  • Teamwork skills, reliability, self-assertiveness and the ability to work conceptually.
