As a Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Cultivating and managing a portfolio of client relationships and engagements at various stages of development, ensuring the quality, impact and profitability of client services provided by Wayfinders and the broader Fujitsu organisation.
• Identifying, landing, and developing opportunities to advise senior executives on impactful change, resulting in standalone consulting revenue growth
• Building high-performing consulting teams, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance over team performance and deliverables.
• Identifying the right functional knowledge, technical expertise, and proprietary tools to engage at clients from the host of capabilities in the Fujitsu organization and our partner network.
• Leading and inspiring Wayfinder consultants to realise their full potential, supporting collaboration, continuous development and a culture where talent thrives.
  
  Your transferable skills and experience:
  
  

• Partner/Associate Partner experience at a tier-one management consultancy or Partner level experience in the advisory arm of a technology consulting firm.
• A track record of building consulting relationships and pipeline, with evidence of the development of sustained client programs.
• Highly entrepreneurial as a consulting visionary, with experience of developing go-to-market strategy.
• Deep experience in developing and delivering technology focused client transformation programs, with a preference for next generation technology such as AI, Quantum Computing etc.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations.
