JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations & Hybrid Cloud Manager who combines strong operations management, technical leadership, and multi-cloud expertise. The role is responsible for managing cloud and infrastructure operations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and on-premise environments, while ensuring service reliability, SLA achievement, security compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of managed services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Cloud Operations & Service Management
• Lead day-to-day cloud and infrastructure operations, including incident, problem, change, capacity, and availability management.
• Ensure service availability, performance, SLA compliance, operational governance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead major incident management, root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and service improvement plans.
• Create, update, and maintain operation documents, runbooks, SOPs, service reports, and technical procedures.
2. Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Management
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, support, and optimization of infrastructure on AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise platforms.
• Develop and implement operating models for hybrid cloud environments, including connectivity, backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Manage infrastructure resource allocation, utilization, performance, and cost optimization across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Ensure operational readiness for new cloud solutions before transition to production support.
3. Technical Leadership & Solution Support
• Act as a technical escalation point and consultant for complex hybrid cloud infrastructure issues.
• Support cloud architecture review, solution design, migration planning, and service transition activities.
• Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, security teams, and vendors to deliver reliable managed services.
4. Security, Compliance & Governance
• Work with security teams to ensure cloud environments comply with internal policies, customer requirements, and external regulations.
• Review identity access controls, network security, backup, audit readiness, and cloud security posture.
• Drive standards and best practices for cloud governance, operational controls, and risk management.
5. Automation, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and practices to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Drive automation initiatives using cloud-native automation, scripting, Infrastructure as Code, and ITSM workflow integration.
• Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, reporting, dashboards, and AIOps practices across hybrid cloud environments.
6. Team Leadership, Vendor & Customer Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the cloud operations team to meet high-performance standards and organizational goals.
• Manage resource planning, skill development, shift coverage, workload allocation, and performance follow-up.
• Coordinate with cloud service providers, infrastructure vendors, managed service partners, and key customers.
• Prepare operational reports and present service performance, risks, issues, and improvement plans to management and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Business, or related fields.
Experience
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, technical support, managed services, or service delivery.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in team leadership, operations management, or service/project management.
• Experience managing enterprise customers, complex customer service issues, implementation projects, and mission-critical systems.
• Experience in multi-cloud and hybrid on-premise environments is required.
Technical Knowledge and Experience Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, private cloud, and hybrid cloud models.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware vSphere/vCenter, Hyper-V, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices, including VMs, networking, IAM, SQL/PaaS services, RDS/database services, web applications, containers, and Kubernetes services.
• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid connectivity.
• Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools such as Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, GCP Operations Suite, Zabbix, and Jira Service Management.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge in automation tools such as, Azure Automation, AWS Systems Manager, PowerShell,
• Knowledge of database platforms such as SQL Server concepts is an advantage.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards such as ISO27001, and cloud security best practices is an advantage.
Certifications Preferred
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, ITIL Foundation/ITIL 4, or equivalent certifications.

WORKING LOCATION
• Customer Site (Klong Toei, Bangkok or Jaroen nakorn, Bangkok / Hybrid Working Model as assigned by the company.
