We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Public Sector Client Manager to drive the growth of Fujitsu's services business across Singapore Government, Healthcare, Education, and Statutory Board accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing executive-level customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the adoption of Fujitsu's service offerings, including Hybrid IT, Digital Workplace, Application Services, Cloud Services, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Data & AI Services 

The role requires a consultative sales approach, working closely with solution architects, delivery teams, technology partners, and Fujitsu leadership to deliver business outcomes for public sector clients.

Key Accountabilities:

•    Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
•    Execute direct sales programs and initiatives to drive sales and share of wallet of customers
•    Develop and execute sales strategy for the accounts assigned
•    Develop and maintain a high level understanding of end-to-end IT application services in local competitive environment
•    Manage overall sales process from pre to post-sales
•    Take active lead to engage partners in customer engagement and solutioning
•    Responsible for proposal creation and delivery (written and oral participation with engagement team)
•    Engage customers at all level to develop long term business relationship
•    Engage internal stakeholders in sales approval process


Job Requirements:

•    Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
•    5–10 years of enterprise IT sales, business development, or consulting experience.
•    Proven track record in selling IT services and solutions within Singapore Public Sector or GLCs
•    Working experience in IT application /IT solutions sales / Consulting / Managed Services experience, preferably in SI environment.
•    Experience managing complex sales cycles and public sector tenders.
•    Good understanding of Singapore Government procurement frameworks and buying processes.
•    Experience collaborating with technology partners and system integrators.
•    Good relationship-building and executive communication skills.
