Role and Accountabilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in implementing and configuring solutions within Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Vendor Management modules. This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration to translate business requirements and architectural designs into robust, scalable, and effective platform functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on configuration and development within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on TPRM, IRM, and Vendor Management modules.
• Develop and implement complex workflows using Flow Designer and legacy workflows, ensuring adherence to business process requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, and associated variables and scripts to support self-service capabilities.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow Workspaces to optimize user experience for various roles (e.g., risk managers, vendor managers, end-users).
• Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and other platform components.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC applications, particularly TPRM and IRM, including Risk Assessments, Compliance Policies, Control Objects, Control Tests, Issues, and Remediation Tasks.
• Implement and optimize the Vendor Management lifecycle within ServiceNow, including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, performance tracking, and contractual management.
• Develop integrations to exchange data with external systems relevant to risk, compliance, and vendor information.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems utilizing various methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).
• Design and implement data imports, transformations, and data models to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Adhere to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, development specifications, and integration documentation.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with support teams and end-users.
• Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow technologies
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers or team members.
• Ensure solutions meet security, risk, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant.
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow Vendor Management functionality.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development including JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in configuring Flow Designer, Workflows, Service Catalog (Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides), and Service Portal development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Workspaces configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's data model, security (ACLs), and platform architecture.
• Demonstrated experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow design, and integrations.
• Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and change leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC, Vendor Risk Management, or other relevant modules.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Optional but preferred
• Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) Optional but preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
