Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements from stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
Translate business needs into scalable and efficient APEX solutions.
Lead overall application design, solution architecture, and ER data modeling.
Define best practices for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Ensure adherence to digital accessibility (WCAG) and security standards.
Architect solutions using modern APEX capabilities and integrations.
REST APIs and integrations
Automation and scheduled jobs
Human workflows and approvals
Interactive reports and dashboards
Forms and data management
SSO authentication and role-based authorization
AOP (Advanced Office Print) reporting
QR code scanning and geo-location services
AI-powered features and advanced APEX capabilities
Lead and mentor a team of APEX developers and technical leads.
Provide technical guidance and recommend optimal solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in Oracle APEX development and architecture.
Strong experience with Oracle EBS integration and ecosystem.
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, REST services, and API integrations.
Hands-on experience in SSO, authentication, and role-based access control.
Experience in building enterprise-grade applications using modern APEX features.
Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

Preferred Expertise:

Experience with AI integrations in enterprise applications.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (OCI/AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Oracle certifications in APEX or related technologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
