Role Purpse
To support business operations by providing bilingual assistance in Japanese and English, focusing on translation, documentation, and direct collaboration with global counterparts - especially teams based in Japan. The role ensures smooth communication, accurate process documentation, and contributes to operational efficiency in a hybrid work setup aligned with Japan business hours.
Key Accountabilities
• Translate between Japanese and English (JP–EN / EN–JP)
• Able to create Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervision
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiently
• Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
• Work with global counterparts, especially teams based in Japan with less supervision
• Participating in project activities to improve bilingual skills in a fun and engaging way
• Able to manage customers’ concerns or queries
• A members should have 1-3 years of experience directly working with Japanese customers.
• Open mindset to adopt new and advance technologies.
Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge and experience)
• At least with N3 JLPT certification or above language skills (certification is an advantage)
• Any Graduate
• Strong communication skills
• Good analytical skills and logical thinking mindset
• Good attitude, problem-solving ability, and global mindset
• Having good knowledge of MS Office and advance excel skills
• Good to have Power Automate or Power BI knowledge
