- Experience: 4+ years in IT Software asset management.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong Excel, PowerBi.
- Familiarity with discovery/inventory tools (CMDA, SNOW, ServiceNow).
- Understanding of virtualization, cloud environments, and enterprise architecture.
- Licensing Knowledge: Expertise in Microsoft, Visio, Adobe, SAP licensing models (per user/device, core, PVU).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing software license compliance and audits.
- Optimizing software spend and renewals.
- Developing and enforcing SAM policies and procedures.
- Data collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Leading complex projects and contract negotiations.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM).
