1)Language & Communication
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 or higher) and English for business communication.
Handle customer interactions, escalations, and stakeholder communications in both languages.
Translate and interpret technical and business documents accurately.2)Operational Excellence
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare bilingual reports with actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery processes.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.3)Documentation & Tools
Create and maintain bilingual SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.4)Project & People Management
Manage end-to-end project deliverables, including planning, execution, and closure.
Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and support career development.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement and process awareness.5)Strategic & Business Alignment
Collaborate with senior leadership to align service delivery with business goals.
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
Support budgeting, resource planning, and risk management activities.
