Support the Customer's IT Asset Management team to ensure all IT Hardware Assets, within the scope of the Services as detailed in 3.7.1, are asset tagged and logged within the Customer’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and in line with the Customer’s IT Asset Management Practice.
Ensure any changes to Assets / Configuration Items throughout their lifecycle are updated in the Customer’s CMDB (with the relevant information for installation, change and decommissioning) and are in accordance with the Customer’s IT Asset Management Practice.
Ensure updating and verification of assets related information within the CMDB.
Provide support, as required, by the Customer in the event of Hardware Asset audits.
Provide support, as required, by the Customer to address compliance risks of IT Software Assets, within the scope of Services.
