Role Purpose

To support business operations by providing bilingual assistance in Japanese and English, focusing on translation, documentation, and direct collaboration with global counterparts - especially teams based in Japan. The role ensures smooth communication, accurate process documentation, and contributes to operational efficiency in a hybrid work setup aligned with Japan business hours.

Key Accountabilities
•    Translate between Japanese and English (JP–EN / EN–JP)
•    Able to process manual based operation
•    Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiently
•    Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
•    Open mindset to adopt new and advance technologies.

Qualifications  (Skills, Knowledge and experience)

  • Good to have translation experience in JP-EN and EN-JP.
  • Able to create Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency required with Microsoft Office products such as MS Excel, power point and word.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese & English.
  • Japanese language certification required N-2/N-3.
  • Good to have N1.
