Job Description -
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Any Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above)
- ITIL certified with a good understanding of IT service management principles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from the Chennai office
- Experience working with Japanese clients/stakeholders
- Experience in project transition and knowledge transfer activities
- Understanding of end-to-end project delivery and operational processes
Technical Skills
- Experience in BAU (Business As Usual) operations and support activities
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and service operations
- Good to have hands-on experience or knowledge of:
- Windows Administration
- Linux Administration
