- Experience with Ranorex / Selenium / any UI automation tool

System Understanding & Debug Capability

- ->Analyze logs (event logs, system logs)
- ->Troubleshoot production-like issues
- Basic understanding of:
- ->Enterprise monitoring tools (like Systemwalker – can be trained)
- ->Strong problem-solving approach (root cause thinking)
Communication (Especially for Japan Coordination)
- Clear and structured communication
- Basic understanding of writing status updates and explaining issues with evidence.
