Role- Application Developer

Exp- 5-7yrs

Mandatory Skills- C++ / VC++, proficient, Debugging & Shell Scripting
 C++ / VC++

  • .Strong fundamentals (memory management, debugging, STL)
  • .Ability to read and modify legacy enterprise systems 
  • .Windows-based development & troubleshooting
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell / Shell)

Test Automation Skills

  • Automation mindset (Non-negotiable)
  • Experience with Ranorex / Selenium / any UI automation tool
    Understanding of:
     ->Object repository
    ->Element identification (XPath, UI mapping)
    ->Test case design & modularization

System Understanding & Debug Capability

  • Ability to:
  •  ->Analyze logs (event logs, system logs)
  • ->Troubleshoot production-like issues
  • Basic understanding of:
  •  ->Enterprise monitoring tools (like Systemwalker – can be trained)
  •  ->Strong problem-solving approach (root cause thinking)

 Communication (Especially for Japan Coordination)

  • Clear and structured communication
  • Basic understanding of writing status updates and explaining issues with evidence.

Automation Framework Thinking

  • 1.Designing reusable test modules
  • 2.Data-driven testing
  • 3.Improving execution time

Release / Production Awareness                

  • Understanding of deployment flow and ablity forImpact analysis
  • Ability to: 
  • Debug failed automation
  • Add validations & retries
  • Good to have Japanese skills
