Need a experienced Canias ERP Consultant with 7–8 years of hands-on expertise to lead and support ERP implementation, customization, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Canias ERP modules, strong exposure to manufacturing platforms, and proven experience in Application Management Services (AMS) engagements.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support — handling incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management per defined SLAs.
- Lead end-to-end Canias ERP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects across manufacturing environments.
- Perform business process analysis, gap-fit assessments, and solution design using Canias ERP capabilities.
- Configure and customize Canias ERP modules including Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Inventory, Finance, and Procurement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing operations teams to align ERP processes with shop-floor and production workflows.
- Develop functional specifications, test plans, user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, and training materials.
- Liaise with technical teams for ABAP/custom development requirements and integration with third-party manufacturing systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present status reports, solution documents, and project dashboards to stakeholders.
